Let it be! It is What it is!

“Let it be, Let it be, Let it be, Let it be…Whisper words of wisdom… Let it be…” – The Beatles. I love this song … and the meaning of it! Let it be. Let it go. Let it happen. Have a peaceful mind. Acceptance: It is what it is!

To be honest – isn’t it wise and difficult at the same time to think like that in your own life? How many time and energy do we spend on fighting – especially in our mind –  against things as they are.

I found out that I am happier  when I put the ‘It is What it is – mindset’  into practice instead of constantly fighting to change things.  Some things will never change. Instead of over-thinking it, we need to choose to live with it.

There will never be a time when life is simple. There will always be time to practice accepting that. Every moment is a chance to let go and feel peaceful.

I am absolutely convinced that learning to accept things as they present themselves can be helpful  in different aspects of life.
