10 instant “feel good & more relaxed” things to add to your daily routine!

The last weeks a lot of thoughts are messing up with my mind and I feel jumpy … more than I would like to be. So I found out what helps me getting rid of those thoughts as much as possible. :-)

While there may not be a secret formula to feeling relaxed all the time, there are definitely some simple things you can start doing today that will help you putting things in perspective, feeling more relaxed and get to where you want to go faster!

Rise and Shine

Some of these seem obvious, but if you look at your daily routine how often do you make time to exercise, go outside for a walk, realize what you have, think about what you really want in life and plan your day?

If you don’t have the time to do all these things, a good start is being mindful and incorporating at least one of these tips into your daily life. Often times just remembering your goals is one step closer to achieving them.
